The Women and Gender Resource Center Ambassadors (WGRC Ambassadors) are trained by professional staff members on the issues of interpersonal violence and the resources available to our campus community with a goal of promoting positive bystander behavior and building safe communities.

What does a WGRC Ambassador do?

The WGRC Ambassadors give presentations to the campus community on a variety of topics related to interpersonal violence. These presentations may include but are not limited to: classes, student organizational meetings, and residence hall programs. WGRC Ambassadors play a central role in raising awareness of interpersonal violence and educating others on how to support victims and survivors on campus.

How do I become a WGRC Ambassador?

Membership registration for the 2023-24 academic year is now open.
