The Women and Gender Resource Center offers internships to students from a variety of academic programs.

Counseling and Advocacy Internships

The Women and Gender Resource Center accepts Masters level interns to assist with counseling and advocacy. Students must be enrolled in the Counselor Education, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work programs. Students from Counselor Education, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work programs seeking internships should contact Shannon Welch.

Frances S. Summersell Library Internships

Students in the Masters of Library Science program are eligible to receive credit for interning at the Frances S. Summersell library. Students in other fields may also apply, but preference is given to students from the MLIS program. Interested students should contact Cyndi Elliot.

Human Development and Family Studies Internships

Bachelors or Masters level students in the Human Development and Family Studies program may intern at The Women and Gender Resource Center for credit. Interested students should should contact WGRC Executive Director, Dr. Elle Shaaban-Magaña.
